This is Hailey Clauson when she was 15 years of age. The image was used on a racy t-shirt sold in Urban Outfitters, the store that sells you cheap stuff for ludicrous prizes. Young Hailey is suing the boutique shop for a mouthwatering 28 million dollers.
Jason Lee Parry, the photographer of these images is accused of making "her crotch area the focal point of the image" making it pedophile fodder.
